Description

When news of the war in Newerth reached the Berzerker, he hastily left his frozen homeland in the North. Though he holds no allegiance to the Legion, the chance to face hell's demons is one the Berzerker could not pass up. An incredible warrior with an indomitable will, the Berzerker's reckless disregard for his own life gives him strength and power seemingly beyond measure, albeit at a risk. Once he has steeled himself, only death will stop him from killing his foes.

Berzerker is a Physical Damage carry who excels at targeting a single enemy and chasing them down until they die. While Carnage makes Berzerker take more damage, it also allows him to dish out obscene amounts of it as well, and with reduced disable and debuff duration he becomes a juggernaut on the battlefield!

Chain Spike [Q]

The Berzerker throws a spike-tipped chain from his left hand at target hero that impales and attaches to them.

Target an enemy to chain them for 5 seconds. Deals {40,80,120,160} Physical Damage and applies a Tapering Movement Speed Slow and Restrain.

Activate again to deal another {40,80,120,160} Physical Damage and Root the target for {1,1.5,2,2.5} Seconds.

Chain breaks at 850 distance or automatically activates for a second time after 5 seconds.

Staff of the Master increases chain duration to 10 seconds and causes the second activation to execute the target if it is below 20% of health.

Target an enemy to attach a chain to them for 10 seconds. Deals {40,80,120,160} Physical Damage and applies a 50% Movement Speed Slow and a Restrain.

Activate again to deal another {40,80,120,160} Physical Damage and immobilize the target for {1,1.5,2,2.5} Seconds. If this pushes the target below 20% of health, it is executed.

Chain breaks at 850 distance or automatically activates for a second time after 10 seconds.

This ability can be boosted by Staff of the Master.

Staff Effect: Increases chain duration to 10 seconds and slow from tapering to a 50% static Movement Speed Slow. Second activation now executes the target if it falls below 20% of health.

Attaches a chain to the target for 5 seconds, dealing an initial {40,80,120,160} Physical Damage and applying a tapering 40% Movement Speed Slow and a Restrain.

The Berzerker sets his sights on his target, allowing nothing to get in the way!

Target an enemy hero to apply Marked for Death for 10 seconds, granting you vision of the target for the duration.

When facing or moving towards the target you gain bonus {15,20,25,30}% Movement Speed and 40 Attack Speed as well as Unitwalking with a 1.5 second linger time.

Resets the cooldown of this ability and Chain Spike if the target dies while Mark for Death is active on them.

Mark for Death Effect(s):
Target an enemy hero to apply Marked for Death for 10 seconds, granting you vision of the target for the duration.

When facing or moving towards the target you gain bonus {15,20,25,30}% Movement Speed and 40 Attack Speed as well as Unitwalking with a 1.5 second linger time.

Resets the cooldown of this ability and Chain Spike if the target dies while Mark for Death is active on them.

Activate to steal one strength and heal 10 health every 0.5 Seconds for {2,3,4,5} Seconds from all enemy heroes in a 600 unit radius.

Buff lasts 6 seconds after sapping is finished.

Deals 20 Magic Damage per 0.5 seconds to creeps in radius, up to {80,120,160,200} Magic Damage to creeps around you.

Strength Sap [E]

The Berzerker's presence saps enemies strength around him.

Activate to steal one strength and heal 10 health every 0.5 Seconds for {2,3,4,5} Seconds from all enemy heroes in a 600 unit radius.

Buff lasts 6 seconds after sapping is finished.

Instantly deals {100,150,200,250} Magic Damage to creeps within range upon activation.

Every attack made by Berzerker increases his chance to Critically Strike the target for {1.2,1.4,1.6,1.8}x by {8}%. The enraged state lasts 5 seconds.

Mark for Death Effect(s):
When activated, steals one Strength and heals 10 Health from enemy heroes within 600 radius every 0.5 seconds for the next {2,3,4,5} seconds. Stolen Strength is retained for 6 seconds afterwards.

Instantly deals {100,150,200,250} Magic Damage to non-hero units within range upon activation.

Carnage [R]

The Berzerker has no concern for himself, and swings wildly at his foes, slashing both himself and his target with the jagged chains wrapped around his arms.

Activate to gain {40,60,80}% Stun and Debuff Reduction, 100% Slow Resistance, and bonus damage equal to {5,7,9}% of your Max Health for 12 seconds.

Can be used while Silenced or Stunned to break the CC.

You take 15% more damage while under this effect. Killing enemy heroes while Carnage is active will extend Carnage's duration by 5 seconds.

Activate to gain {40,60,80}% Debuff and Stun Duration Reduction as well as grant your attacks bonus Physical Damage based on {6,7,8}% of your maximum health for 12 Seconds.

While under this effect, you take 15% bonus damage.

This ability can be boosted by Staff of the Master.

Staff Effect: Now activatable while disabled and when activated, removes all debuffs and disables from yourself. Removes the increased damage taken and increases the bonus Physical Damage from {6,7,8}% to {8,9,10}%.

Activate to gain {40,60,80}% Stun and Debuff Reduction, 100% Slow Resistance, and bonus damage equal to {5,7,9}% of your Max Health for 12 seconds.

Can be used while Silenced or Stunned to break the CC.

Activate at any time to remove all debuffs and disables, gain {40,60,80}% Debuff and Stun Duration Reduction as well as grant your attacks bonus Physical Damage based on {8,9,10}% of your maximum health for 12 Seconds.
