Description

Prisoner 945 led the ground forces of the Titan Rebellion and was imprisoned by Jeraziah in the dungeons of The Capital. He is released in this desperate hour to battle the Hellbourne, but only his actions on the battlefield will finally free him from his chains.

Prisoner 945 is a Melee Strength Initiation hero capable of isolating enemies and disrupting teams. Prisoner can Hook multiple enemies from a great distance with his Ball & Chain then punish them for Engaging with Prison Break.

Prisoner throws a hook on a chain into the air at target location. Upon hitting the location, it is dragged back towards Prisoner, dragging enemy units hit or hit along the way with it.

Target an area to throw your Ball and Chain at it.

On impact, it travels back to the Prisoner and drags all enemies it hits along the way.

Deals {100,180,260,340} Physical Damage and a 1 second tapering slow to all enemies hit.

Shackled [W]

Prisoner attaches his favorite Ball n' Chain to a target, slowing them and preventing the use of movement abilities.

Target an enemy hero to apply a {3,5,7,9} second {20,25,30,35}% Movement Speed Slow and Restrain. Deals {75,150,245,360} Physical Damage over the duration.

Target cannot use movement abilities while Restrained.

Prisioner attaches his favorite Ball n' Chain to a target, slowing them and preventing the use of movement abilities.

Activate to apply a {3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0} second {20,25,30,35}% Movement Speed Slow and Restrain to the closest enemy unit. Deals {70,96,126,160} Physical Damage over the duration.

Enemies cannot use movement abilities while Restrained.

Shackled Effect(s):
Target an enemy hero to apply a ball and chain and Shackled to them for {3,5,7,9} seconds.

The ball and chain can be attacked by enemies and dies after 2 attacks.

Activate to target the nearest enemy and apply a ball and chain and Shackled to them for {3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0} Seconds.

The ball and chain can be attacked by enemies and dies after 3 attacks.

Prisoner has always had a passion for hurting things, he just does it better than everyone else.

Passively grants +{15,20,25,30}% Base Damage, and an additional {15,20,25,30}% for every visible enemy hero within radius.

Unhinged Effect(s):
Passively grants +{20,30,40,50}% Base Damage to your attacks.

Prison Break [R]

[ Self Position ]

Prisoner throws out chains that latch on to all nearby enemy heroes. After 2 seconds anyone still latched is pulled towards Prisoner, Slowed, and damaged.

Activate to instantly tether all nearby Enemy Heroes, dealing {100,150,200} Physical Damage. After a 2 second delay, enemies still tethered are pulled 400 units toward Prisoner, dealt {200,300,400} Physical Damage, and 3 second 80% Slow. Slowed enemies also deal {25,50,75}% less damage to Prisoner.

Enemies that move more than 600 units away immediately break the tether.

Staff of the Master makes the ability ranged and applies Shackled to the target. Increases radius by 100.

This ability can be boosted by Staff of the Master.

Activate to deal {100,150,200} Physical Damage and apply Chains That Bind to all nearby enemy heroes for 2 seconds.

Target an enemy hero or self to throw a projectile that tethers all nearby Enemy Heroes to the target, dealing {100,150,200} Physical Damage. After a 2 second delay, enemies still tethered are pulled 400 units toward the target, dealt {200,300,400} Physical Damage, and 3 second 80% Slow. Slowed enemies deal {25,50,75}% less damage to Prisoner. Also applies Shackled to the target.

Enemies that move more than 700 units away immediately break the tether.

Target an enemy hero or self to throw a projectile that deals {100,150,200} Physical Damage and applies Chains That Bind to the target and all enemy heroes within radius for 2 seconds.

Also applies the current level of Shackled to the target. Can be used on self to trigger the effect instantly.
