Keeper of the Forest

Description

An ancient protector of the forest, the Keeper fights to save the lush lands of Newerth he has tended to his whole long life. Possessing a spiritual link to the trees, the Keeper has the ability to see what they see, be hidden amongst them, and even use them as brutal weapons to aid him in battle.

A literal tree trunk's worth of strength and armor, the Keeper of the Forest has but one massive offensive ability in Root. Nevertheless, his Nature's Protection, coupled with his naturally high strength gain, allows him to farm with abandon.

Nature's Guidance [Q]

The Keeper uses his influence over the forest to hide and buff his allies. Grants 0.25 second fade time Invisibility, Armor, and Regeneration to target unit.

Target an allied unit to apply {1,2,3,4} Health Regeneration, {2,3,4,5} Armor, and 1 second fade time Invisibility for {15,30,45,60} seconds. Invisibility only lasts as long as they are near a tree.

Animate Forest [W]

The Keeper links his mind with nearby trees, bringing them to life.

Target a tree to Animate {1,2,3,4} nearby trees. Trees deal 30 damage, have 600 health and 300 Movement Speed. This ability allows you to have up to 4 Animated Trees.

Animated Trees are considered trees for all of your abilities.

Destroys the Nature's Sentinel with no cooldown penalty. Disabled when taking damage from enemy players.

Target a tree to Animate {1,2,3,4} nearby trees. Trees deal 30 damage, have 600 health and 300 Movement Speed. This ability allows you to have up to 4 Animated Trees.

Animated Trees are considered trees for all of your abilities.

- Animated Trees spawned by other abilities do not count towards the limit.
- Animated Trees cannot attack Towers when they are further than 925 range away from you.

Target a tree to Animate it and an additional {1,2,3,4} nearby trees. Trees last for 45 seconds, have 550 health and 300 Movement Speed.

These Animated Trees count as "Trees" for Nature's Veil and Entmoot.

Destroys the Nature's Sentinel instantly with no cooldown penalty. Disabled when taking damage from enemy players.

The Keeper gains power from the forest around him, enhancing his Attack Damage when near his animated trees.

Passively gains {5,10,15,20} Attack Speed per Animated Tree within a 900 radius (up to 5).

Your attacks have a 20% chance, or 100% versus stationary heroes, to spawn an Animated Tree for 20 seconds with 300 Health. Illusions have 33% of the original proc chance to spawn an Animated Tree.

Passively gains {5,10,15,20} Attack Speed per Animated Tree within a 900 radius (up to 5).

Activate to Immobilize, Disarm, and inflict 125 Magic Damage per second on nearby enemies for {2,3,4} seconds and grants you Unitwalking for the duration. Also Stuns everyone hit for 0.5 seconds.

Effect also emanates from all of your nearby Animated Trees.

Staff of the Master causes 3 Animated Trees to spawn next to each enemy hero hit. Animated Trees have 600 Health, 30 Attack Damage, 300 Movement Speed, and last 40 seconds.

This ability can be boosted by Staff of the Master.
