Description
Burns the targets mana, dealing damage based on the mana burnt.Can be upgraded 2 times. Level 2+ activation dispels buffs on enemy targets, while Level 3 activation can target self to dispel debuffs.
On attack, burns {20,36} Mana from target. When activated dispels a target, removing buffs and applying Dispelled if it is an enemy or simply removing debuffs if it's an ally. This item can be upgraded once to gain infinite charges.
On use, Dispel will destroy a targeted illusion or summoned creature. Cannot be used on Magic Immune units.
This item contains an exclusive modifier of type Mana Combustion. Exclusive modifiers do not stack. You will automatically use your most powerful exclusive modifier of this type.
